Quality, Health, Safety and Environment
The policy FRANCO GIUSEPPE S.r.l. places ““quality of works”, “Health and Safety of employees” and “environment and sustainable development” as key points of its business, crucial for consolidating its leading position in the market in which operates.
In order to comply with these standards, we decided to adopt the management systems UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 , UNI ISO 45001:2018 E UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 which work through training, audit and re-evaluation of the company's activities and translate into the implementation of a Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management.
Through the organizational structure of the three systems, the Directorate implements all the necessary actions for the processes and activities to be carried out efficiently, applying the following fundamental principles:
- compliance with applicable legal requirements and / or regulations signed by the organization;
- use of specific procedures to improve company standards, minimize risks and impacts;
- the correct analysis of the construction sites before the start of the works;
- favoring suppliers who act to continuously improve the quality and safety of the products and services provided;
- involving employees in achieving the company's objectives;
- training site managers regarding quality controls related to product certification;
- preventing accidents and occupational diseases of employees, ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, assessing safety and health risks, eliminating them if possible or, if not, minimizing them, primarily by adopting preventive measures, of both technical and organizational nature and therefore of collective and individual protection;
- analyzing and assessing the risk of environmental incidents in relation to the legislative provisions, in order to adopt measures designed to limit their possible consequences;
- the use of adequate human resources to carry out the organizational and management interventions considered necessary for the achievement of environmental objectives;
- supporting the culture of product quality, health and safety at work, environmental protection and sustainable development, through information initiatives;
- keeping UNI EN ISO 9001: 2015, UNI ISO 45001: 2018 and UNI EN ISO 14001: 2015 certifications active
The Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System is described in the Manuals, available at our offices, these documents define the methods of carrying out work activities, as stipulated by regulations in force, clarifying the connections and plans introduced so that the Company will be able to provide products complying with laws and client’s requirements.
The Organization is fully aware that the phenomenon of corruption represents a heavy obstacle to the economic, political and social development of a country and a heavy distortion of the rules, fairness and transparency of markets, with particular reference to that of public works. In this sense, the Organization prohibits corruption and fully feels the commitment to guarantee actions and behaviors based exclusively on criteria of transparency, correctness and moral integrity, which prevent any attempt at corruption.
In application of this commitment, the management has determined that the Organization's Prevention Policy is based on:
- Strict and full compliance with current legislation on the prevention and fight against corruption with the involvement of employees, collaborators in any capacity, and all those who work in favor and / or under the control of the organization;
- The absolute prohibition of engaging in conduct that may constitute corruption or attempted corruption;
- The identification, as part of the activities carried out by the organization, of the areas of potential risk and identification and mplementation of the appropriate actions to reduce / minimize the risks themselves;
- Providing a clear framework for identifying, reviewing and achieving corruption prevention objectives;
- The commitment to plan and implement its policies and actions in such a way as not to be in any way involved in cases or attempts of a corrupt nature and not to risk involvement in situations of an illegal nature with public or private subjects;
- Full commitment to comply with all the requirements of the management system for the prevention of corruption;
- The awareness-raising activity among business partners so that they adopt, in the activities of specific competence, policies and actions for the prevention of corruption, respectful of the provisions of the law and consistent with the objectives of the organization;
- The awareness and training of its employees to the issues of prevention of corruption;
- Providing ways to report suspicions in good faith, or based on reasonable belief, without fear of retaliation;
- The prosecution of any behavior that does not comply with the policy for the prevention of corruption with the application of the sanctioning system of the organization;
- The presence of a guarantee function for the prevention of corruption, which is guaranteed full authority and independence;
- The commitment to continuous improvement of corruption prevention activities.
This policy guides us in the strategic and organizational management choices of Franco Giuseppe s.r.l. and is made available and disclosed to all employees, collaborators and parties concerned and is regularly updated to ensure its relevance in relation to the organizational, production and technical evolution of the company.
